The Air Jordan 1 Mid Inside Out Black features a mix of leather , suede and textile materials. All in varying shades of gray and black. This worked silhouette gives the impression that the whole upper has been reversed, as if the inside of the pair became the outside. Finally, the small orange stitching on the side Swoosh represents the number 23 , in honor of Michael Jordan .
